1. Our services
PicPotential provides photo editing and enhancing. We accept orders placed directly by email at photoedit@picpotential.com
Our hours of operation: Always open.
If you submitted your image/images and instructions and made a payment, we’ll process your order and deliver the finished image/images to you by email.
2. Your Submissions
By submitting images, you grant PicPotential a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, transmit, modify, copy, display and edit any digital images received through email for the purposes of processing your order.
You agree that you understand copyright laws and that all images submitted to PicPotential do not violate any of these laws.
By using our services, you agree that you will NOT transmit any of the following materials:
Any content that is unlawful, pornographic, abusive, threatening, promoting racism or harm against any individual or a group.
Any materials containing software viruses or computer codes, programs or files, destroying, interrupting or limiting the functionality of any computer equipment and software/hardware.
Content that could infringe copyrights, rights of privacy or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material.
3. Public Information
Your images and material submitted to the PicPotential email address are not accessible to public unless you share them with your networks. We may ask to put your files on our webpage as examples, but we never publish your images without your permission.
We respect your privacy and never outsource your projects outside of our in-house team.
However, you should know that images and information submitted to PicPotential are not confidential and may be read or intercepted by third parties. You confirm that if such interceptions occur, PicPotential is not liable in any manner under all applicable laws and jurisdictions.
We may use other authors images for illustrative purposes only. Original images are the copyrighted property of their respective owners.
4. Data Storage
You agree that PicPotential does not provide data storage services and has no responsibility or liability for the deletion of your images after 30 days.
5. Payment
Our prices are quoted in US dollars.
The website pricing guide is given for a reference only.
Our photo retouching rates vary depending on each project’s specific needs.
You are required to make a full payment at the time of placing your order. We accept payment by PayPal, debit/credit card, or money order.
6. Turnaround Time
Typically 1-2 business days unless otherwise specified in advance. Larger or more complex orders will require additional time.
7. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with our work, we offer 3 attempts at revisions within 7 days of delivery. We guarantee to give you the best results possible but there will be a NO REFUND policy.
8. Revision Policy
PicPotential provides 3 attempts at revisions of your finished photos at no charge. Revision requests are acceptable during 7 days after receiving your edited pictures. If you do not take any actions within 7 days, your order will be closed. You will need to place a new order for retouching or revising the same photos.
Revision instructions should not conflict the original instructions filled out when the order was placed.
Minor changes can usually be made and given to you for review/approval within 1-2 business days. If the changes are more complex, the turnaround time will take up to 4-5 business days.
Unless otherwise agreed after 3 attempts at revisions, any additional revisions will be billable.
PicPotential makes no warranty that our services will meet all your requirements or that finished photos will meet your expectations.
PicPotential reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please refer to the webpage regularly for any changes. By continuing to access or use Services after PicPotential makes any changes, you agree to be bound by any such revised T&C.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our Services.
