How do I start?

Click on the “How To Order” link at the top of the webpage and follow the instructions.


Does PicPotential hold the copyright on my images?

No, we don’t have copyright over your images. You remain the copyright holder.


Can you change the background of my photo?

Yes. In most cases, we can find or a background image for you that meets your specifications. You can also provide a background image if it is one that is very specific.


What can I do if I am not happy with your work?

PicPotential provides 3 attempts at revisions of your finished photos at no charge. Revision requests are acceptable during 7 days after receiving your edited pictures.  If you do not take any actions within 7 days, your order will be closed. You will need to place a new order for retouching or revising the same photos.

Revision instructions should not conflict the original instructions filled out when the order was placed.

Minor changes can usually be made and given to you for review/approval within 1-2 business days. If the changes are more complex, the turnaround time will take up to 4-5 business days.


How do I receive your work?

When your photos are done, you will receive them via email (or a series of emails) in jpeg format, unless otherwise discussed beforehand.

What is the turnaround time for my new photos?

Most projects are completed within 24-48 hours from the time payment is received. Some special projects may require additional time to complete, but you will be notified in advance.


Do you reject orders?

Upon receipt of you photos and instructions, we will carefully review everything and if your project is going to be outside our range, beyond the capabilities of the photo editing software, or the images are too low of a resolution to properly edit, you will be notified immediately.  We will not accept any content that is unlawful, pornographic, abusive, inappropriate, threatening, promoting racism or harm against any individual or a group.


How do I know which service I should choose?

If you are not sure which service is best for you, just send us the image and let us know you would like a recommendation on what services you might need to make your photos look their best.


How do I describe exactly what I’m expecting to be done to my photos?

Detail, Detail, Detail.  Be as descriptive as possible to give the editor a clear idea of what you have in mind.  If it helps, send along an additional photo for the editor to use as a reference.


Do you accept RAW images?
 
Yes.


Will my photos be safe and secure?

YES.  PicPotential adheres to a very strict privacy policy. Your photos will never be seen or edited by a third party.  If PicPotential wishes to use your photos on the website or social media, you WILL be asked for your permission via email.

 


Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Paypal.  You can pay with your Paypal account or Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.  YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT.
